Our history

DevCo International was formed by Alastair Gaskin in 2006 to provide property development, investment management and project management services to clients through a lean, innovative property development specialist. Alastair has over 40 years of experience in the property industry, developing and managing a wide range of projects including shopping centres, hotels, mixed use urban regeneration schemes and large and medium scale residential developments in the UK and internationally.

DevCo International works with developers, investors, fund managers, landlords, tenants and local authorities, helping clients in every aspect of property transacting, developing, managing and leasing.
