DevCo International are undertaking this project as development managers for a Family Office investor. The project consists of a 327 unit residential development in three blocks rising up to 11 storeys, with a 2-form entry primary school in one of the blocks.
The scheme has full planning permission. DevCo International have negotiated the S106 Agreement on behalf of the Family Office and worked with the vendors of the site to remove many of the complications inherent in the current planning permission. Once the site purchase process is complete, DevCo International will work with their delivery partner T-Rock to construct the scheme via a construction management contract

DevCo International are acting as joint venture developer and development managers for the owners of a doctor's surgery in central Barking. The owners wish to expand the surgery and medical centre and add a pharmacy to the facility. In order to finance this expansion they they will construct 24 apartments as part of the scheme.
The scheme has full planning permission, but this will need to be extended. DevCo International are assisting the owners in this process. Once the planning permission has been extended, DevCo International will enter into a joint venture agreement with the owners and act as development managers for the project.

DevCo International through its partner L&UK Property developed this 520 room student accommodation project in the centre of Birmingham. Demolition and remediation of the site commenced in September 2016. Completion was in August 2019 in time for the 2019/20 student intake.
Funding for the scheme was provided by a major UK pension fund, through a 45-year strip-rent agreement, alongside conventional debt funding.
The scheme is managed by Nido Student UK.
On completion, the scheme generated a return for its investors of circa £7m after the payment of all development and financing costs.
